Can you perm and dye your hair at the same time?
Perming and colouring at the same time can be done if you’re in a hurry and only on 100% perfectly good conditioned, thick (ish) hair. Personally, I would not advise you to have both done at the same time. Depending on the thickness of your hair, perm first and then a couple of weeks later apply the colour.
