HairColorXperts is owned and operated by long time Parker residents, Joe and Betty Daniels, along with their daughter, Cassandra Gilbertson. We believe in supporting and investing in our local community.
Betty Daniels, Owner
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent salon professional – integrity, consistency, reliability, in-depth community, market knowledge, and high-quality professional customer service. After working at Galileo/Cendant for almost 18 years, my position was outsourced offshore (can you relate?) and I opened the HairColorXperts in Parker. The “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.
Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, my husband and I moved to Parker with our daughter, Cassandra, in 1988. We have two beautiful grand-daughters (Makayla Jo and Evyn Jo) and a terrific son-in-law, Ronnie. I love being with my family and friends. I also enjoy boating, fishing and swimming.

Joe Daniels, Owner
The only time you will see me is if something needs to be fixed or I’m getting my hair colored (ok…I’m a little grey). I am the resident handyman and fixer-upper. If you don’t see me, listen; I will be whistling or singing without even knowing it. Or you may hear my contagious laughter.
My profession is sales; however, my passion is golf. I love to cook and most evenings you will find me on my deck with family and friends.

As a stylist, I strive to make people happy--smile at them, be positive, listen, as well as make them look and feel terrific. While everyone humors me about my accent, I love to do in-depth consultations and will ask a lot of questions. My passion is connecting with clients to find the perfect look for their taste and style. I am a creative colorist and love sharing my knowledge of color with my clients. Educating my clients on product use and following up on their next visit is a must for me, to make sure they can duplicate their look at home. I continue to update my education by taking classes given by such people as Nick Arrojo, Sam Villa, Eric Fisher and national educators from Nioxin Research Laboratories. I am excellent at hair-cutting, creative in color and proudly work next to the stylists I have trained. HairColorXperts is my pride. We have built an awesome team of individuals.

Over nine years ago I decided the best way to use my creative abilities to serve others, was to become a hairstylist. Training with the world's best professionals provides me with the most outstanding concepts in the industry. Most recently, I attended hair cutting training with world-renowned Nick Arrojo. Additionally, training with Wella, Redken, and Matrix color classes as well as Sebastian, and TiGi cutting classes, allows me to stay at the forefront of new trends and techniques so I can continually find the most creative style for each client. I specialize in providing a wide variety of exciting, bold and crazy tones as well as natural looking tones for the more conservative client. I love to share my insightful awareness of new trends, colors and styles to make each client feel and look beautiful.

With my nine years experience as a hair stylist, I have come to believe the consultation with the client is the most important aspect of the appointment. Creativity along with my continued education with Wella, Sebastian, and Nioxin helps me create the perfect color and cut for the perfect face. Training with world renowned stylists Nick Arrojo and Louis Alvares keeps me up to date on the latest trends. Recently I have been able to expand my professional abilities to include runway shows. The ability to listen and understand clients’ needs creates a fun and enjoyable experience. Educating clients on professional products and how to use them is very important to me, so that their hair always looks beautiful. I am very passionate about what I do and it shows through my work.
Born and raised in Russia, I moved to the states at the age of 19 with my identical twin sister. I am excited about having become a US citizen in November, 2010. I love spending time with my husband and son who was born in the fall of 2007.

I have been in the hair industry for over 20 years. I started in full service salons and eventually went on to owning my own Children’s Salon. After my husband took a job that required heavy travel, I took 10 years off to raise our children. Returning to the industry was always a hope. I enjoy every aspect of the business, but my favorite has always been the client interaction and business side. I love to connect with each client that comes in and make sure their experience is the best it can be. Hair, what can I say! It’s an exciting and creative field full of bold beautiful people. I lived in Parker through all my school years and never left this amazing town. Graduating from Ponderosa High School (being the only option at the time) then attended The University of Colorado at Denver. I worked as a restaurant manager for the Pinery Country Club. After completing my Bachelors I acquired my insurance license and worked for Farmers insurance until my family opened the HairColorXperts in 2005. Working at the salon was the best job and most life experience I could hope for.
I currently have two beautiful curly hair daughters with my long time husband and best friend, Ron Gilbertson, who also attended most of his school years in Parker. We met as friends and co-workers at the old Wendy’s fast food (now Twisters). He is our computer genius in the salon if anything goes wrong. Being a good and loving mother is my first passion but I enjoy the occasional opportunities to fill in at the salon and reconnect with my second family of stylists and clients and one day soon hope to be in the salon on a more day to day bases.
